Twelfth Night
by William Shakespeare from c. 1601–02
About
Viola, shipwrecked in Illyria, disguises herself as the page Cesario and enters the service of Duke Orsino, who sends her to woo the noblewoman Olivia on his behalf—but Olivia falls for Cesario instead. The arrival of Viola's twin brother Sebastian untangles the romantic knot and exposes the fool Malvolio's gullibility along the way.
